PHILOSOPHIE - BIJOUX DE JANE
Jane’s jewels are a reflection of a woman whose eyes are wide open and who is fascinated by the myriad of nature’s wonders. Her soul is that of a pirate who finds her source of inspiration in the meanderings of a stroll, in the minute details of (extra)ordinary things and in harmony with nature’s normal course.
Jane admires the lace and knowhow of grandmothers. She can be moved by a twig covered in moss, a brightly colored leaf or a well-polished pebble. Of all these natural wonders she exclaims: "they are jewels in their own way"
From iron to glass, materials unleash her creative drive. She enjoys transforming and ennobling those materials, which are, all too often, neglected. A jewel however remains much more than a mere ornament…. it is a vector of transmission, a common point between all civilization.
Slightly unconventional, Jane claims that the real luxury in life is to take the time for ourselves.
Each of her creation, carefully crafted by her own hands, has its own history.
